Easy and Active Sightseeing
Walking in Sapporo Nature Areas

Sixty percent of Sapporo is a mountainous area (southwest) known as the 150 peaks of Sapporo. In its pristine condition, about 2 million people live nearby and about 13 million people visit the city annually.   Like the entrance to the area, there is a healthy natural area with a series of mountains that are just right for trekking, such as Mount Teine, Mount Sankaku, Mount Okura, Mount Enzan, and Mount Moiwa.
Why not take public transportation to the nearby trailheads and enjoy another active sightseeing and trekking activity in Sapporo?
