In June 2025, a newborn penguin chick was born at AOAO Sapporo, an urban aquarium in Sapporo, and was shown to the public at the Penguin Lab on the 6th floor from July 23, 2025.

We are also holding the “Happy Happy Penguin 2025” event to watch the growth of the chicks.
