Boarding and disembarking is free for the unreserved seating in the ordinary (including express) train cars within the free area.
The free area is from the Hakodate Main Line Mori to Hakodate (including the route via Oshima Sawara).
Hakodate Bus
The following Hakodate bus lines can be freely boarded and disembarked.
Within Hakodate City, within Hokuto City, Nanae-cho, Shikabe-cho all lines, Sawara Line (Mori Station front - Sawara Higashi 3-chome), Nigorikawa Line, Hakodate-Shiriuchi Line (Bus Center - Kikonai Station front), Rapid Matsumae (Hakodate Station - Kikonai Station front)

How to Use
Content Written on Pass
Upon purchase you will be handed a set of 3 items in total, 1 pass, and 2 pass directions.
- 1-day ticket or 2-day ticket
- Period of validity

- Within the free area, the local train normal car unreserved seat on the JR Line as well as the South Hokkaido Railway Company line, Hakodate Bus, and Hakodate City Tram are free to get on for two days.
- (JR Line) Hakodate Main Line: between Mori and Hakodate (including going through Oshima Sawara)
※Additional payment is necessary for things such as riding the limited express train or taking a reserved seat.

- Changing the start date is limited to once on completely unused tickets within the period of validity.
- Refunds are limited to unused tickets within the period of validity, and is done at the place of purchase.
- Refund by convenience for the customer costs a fee.
- Refunds and extension of period of validity are not granted for trains not being able to operate or delays.
- When a ticket is lost, please buy the required ticket once again. In addition, refunds are not given even when lost tickets are found.
As the pass works with automatic ticket gates, you can use it as you would with other tickets. When an automatic gate is not available at a station, please show the pass to station staff when passing the gate, and when the station is unmanned you can board and get off of trains and buses by showing the pass to a conductor or driver.
